The rules that govern your access to faunaly.com — what we are, what we aren't, and how to use what you buy.
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Faunaly (faunaly.com), operated by The Calennial Co. LLC DBA Faunaly. By using Faunaly, you agree to these terms.
Faunaly is intended for use by parents, guardians, and caregivers of children ages 3–11, residing in the United States. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By completing an assessment, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child you are assessing, or that you have appropriate authority to complete the assessment on their behalf.
Faunaly is a personality insight tool designed to help parents better understand their child's behavioral tendencies at a given stage of development. Our assessments are based on established developmental research and Jungian personality dimensions.
Faunaly is not:
Results reflect behavioral tendencies observed at the time of assessment. Personality develops and changes — particularly in early childhood. Faunaly's outputs are intended as a starting point for reflection and connection, not a definitive characterization of your child.
If you have concerns about your child's development, behavior, or mental health, please consult a qualified professional.
The Faunaly assessment is completed by the parent or guardian, not the child. Results are based on your observations and responses. We make no warranty that results will accurately characterize any individual child.
The full PDF report is delivered to the email address you provide, typically within 60 seconds of purchase. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or email provider restrictions.
The full Faunaly report is available for a one-time fee per assessment, at the price displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
14-day satisfaction guarantee: If the report doesn't resonate with you, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After 14 days, sales are considered final.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
Faunaly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Calennial Co. LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Faunaly. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for that assessment.
Please read this section carefully — it affects how disputes between you and Faunaly are resolved.
If you have a dispute with us, we'd like the chance to resolve it informally first. Please email [email protected] with a brief description of your concern and the resolution you're seeking. We'll make a good-faith effort to resolve it within 14 days.
If informal resolution fails, you and Faunaly agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court — except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. This agreement to arbitrate means you waive your right to a jury trial and your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, which are available at adr.org. The arbitration will take place in Orange County, California, or by telephone or video at your election. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. For any claims not subject to arbitration under the section above, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
We may update these terms as our product evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Faunaly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
